资源简介:
Coconut site: In large grove of bamboos along bush track from Kokottkape. GPS location of coconut tree: 8 60533 S, 142 03718 E. In the end there is an interesting question where Jimmy asks Geroma what was there before these coconuts were planted, samba or wrng, which shows the original etymological meaning of samba as 'cleared place'. Interviewer: Jimmy Nébni. Video recordist: Sambo (but she kept letting the viewfinder sink low so some heads will be chopped off). This is a short interview made by the Sangara subcommittee of the Nen language committee, under Nick Evans’ supervision from the last Sangara subcommittee recording day for 2014. This is done on an excursion to Geroma's garden place at Kokottkape with lunch at Biyaga's garden place on the way back. Finished at 2pm. Present: Pastor Blag, Joseph (Teräb) Blag, Ebig Gubae, Sambo, Geroma, Jimmy Nébni, Michael Binzawa, pluse (joined in garden etc.) Wagra, Biyaga, Simoi, Nene, and others.. Language as given: Nen
