In this study, transcriptomic analysis was performed in a mouse osteocyte cell line, MLO-Y4, following genetic knockout of CFTR via CRISPR-Cas9 technology. RNA sequencing was conducted to compare global gene expression profiles between CFTR-knockout MLO-Y4 cells and wild-type cells. Differential gene expression analysis was carried out to identify genes and signaling pathways affected by CFTR knockout in the cells.
