资源简介:
Tables in CSV format of topological and algebraic graph metrics for the network induced by surface-water connections for a range of river discharges (Q). Patches within the soil- and vegetation-based land classifications that become inundated form the basis for constructing the networks. Each CSV file has twelve columns (Q_cms, n, m_norm, k_bar, l, C, C_btw, lamda1_ovr_lamdaupper, lamda1_ovr_lamdamax, xi_conn, xi_wir, ac_norm). Q_cms is the river discharge in cubic-meters per second, n is the number of vertices in each network. m_norm is the number of edges (m) normalized with the theoretical minimum and maximum number of edges for a given n. k_bar is the mean vertex degree. l is the mean geodesic distance between any two vertices. C is the clustering coefficient. C_btw is the normalized betweeness centrality. lamda1_ovr_lamdaupper is the largest eigenvalue (lamda1) of the network adjacency matrix divided by the theoretical upper bound for lamda1 for a given n and m. lamda1_ovr_lamdamax is the largest eigenvalue (lamda1) of the network adjacency matrix divided by the theoretical max for lamda1 for a given n. xi_conn depicts how much of the lamda1 value can be contributed to the number of connections in the network. xi_wir depicts how the lamda1 value can be contributed to the wiring/pattern of connectivity for the network. ac_norm is the algebraic connectivity (ac) normalized by the theoretical bounds of ac for a given n.
