GISASX measurement of 2D system of quantum dots

Grazing-incidence small-angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS) will be used to examine the degree of the in-plane and the out-of-plane order of the multiple-component superlattices build from crystals of APbX3 (where A=Cs, methylammonium (MA), aziridinium (Az), formamidinium (FA); X=Cl, Br, I or a mixture of thereof). We plan to use experimental lattice parameters for study the correlation, if any, with optical properties.
