The Medical Segmentation Decathlon (MSD) is a comprehensive benchmark dataset for validating 3D medical image segmentation algorithms, including 10 different tasks designed to address various challenges in medical imaging. These tasks cover segmentation of brain tumors, heart, liver, hippocampus, prostate, lung, pancreas, hepatic vessels, spleen, and colon. The dataset consists of multimodal MRI and CT scan images along with corresponding annotations, and is licensed under CC-BY-SA 4.0.
