This is a finite state transducer that tries to model Chinese historical phonology from Old Chinese as reconstructed by Baxter and Sagart in Old Chinese: a New Reconstruction (Oxford, 2014) to Middle Chinese as presented in the system of Baxter in A Handbook of Old Chinese Phonology (Mouton, 1992).
