Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say), RNA sequencing after imidacloprid, boscalid, or chlorothalonil exposure.

The aim of this study is to contextualize the transcriptomic response of Leptinotarsa decemlineata when exposed to the neonicotinoid imidacloprid or the fungicides boscalid or chlorothalonil. This was conducted by exposing field relevant rates of these chemicals to adult beetles. Total RNA was extracted and used in the RNA sequencing experiment.
