Processed_bibliometric_datasets

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Bibliometric analysis of three dimensional and dynamic modeling in breast cancer and metastasis research”. It contains processed bibliometric datasets generated for the analysis of publication trends, citation patterns, source impact, author impact, institutional contribution, country-level contribution, and highly cited documents in the field of three-dimensional (3D) and dynamic modeling in breast cancer and metastasis research. The source bibliographic records were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC; Clarivate) on 5 May 2025 using the search strategy and eligibility criteria described in the manuscript. The analysis covered publications from 1 January 2002 to 1 March 2025 and yielded 1,147 eligible records. Downstream bibliometric analyses were performed using bibliometrix, CiteSpace, VOSviewer, Microsoft Excel, bibliometric.com, and SCImago Graphica. The uploaded files include processed tables for annual scientific production, annual total citations per year, author impact, source impact, most cited sources, most globally cited documents, most locally cited authors, most relevant affiliations, most relevant countries by corresponding author, and most relevant sources. These processed files support the descriptive and network-based analyses reported in the manuscript. The raw WoSCC export files are not included because Web of Science Core Collection records are subject to database licensing restrictions and cannot be publicly redistributed by the authors. EndNote working-library files and local database/index files are also not included. Researchers with institutional access to WoSCC can reproduce the source retrieval using the search strategy, date of access, eligibility criteria, and analysis procedures described in the manuscript.
