Public-safe successor. This v0.2.1 package supersedes the earlier v0.2 payload for public reuse. It removes third-party archive-interface screenshots, complete source exports, and full pasted catalogue excerpts, replacing them with metadata-only provenance summaries, source registers, and evidence-gated classifications. The change is a copyright/reuse hygiene correction only and does not alter the scientific claim. Third-party data notice. The record license applies to original CORB/CORBS workflow text, claim-control notes, evidence matrices, scripts, and original derived documentation. It does not relicense third-party source material from NED/IPAC, VizieR/CDS, ALFALFA/AGC, Legacy Surveys, unWISE, or other providers. Users should obtain provider-sourced data directly from the original services and follow their terms, attribution requirements, and citation guidance. Scientific status. AGC 103437 remains a strong preliminary H I-rich dark/underluminous candidate. This package does not claim a confirmed dark galaxy, confirmed dark matter detection, resolved H I kinematics, or dark-sector/quantum interpretation. This upload replaces the removed v0.2 record for public reuse. The prior record was removed by the owner as a conservative post-publication rights/reuse hygiene correction.
