Differentially abundant metabolic pathways [MaAsLin2 p2] between the gut microbiomes of both WT and HMA mice infected by Schistosoma mansoni (Sm+) and matched uninfected controls (Sm-). For each pathway, functional classification according to MetaCyc database and fold change between infected and uninfected animals of each line are indicated.
