Kinase Ontology

This is the Map folder directory that contains the mapping file for predictor-specific kinase names to common names.<br>This contains one file globalKinaseMap.csv with one row per unique kinase and column names:Kinase Name - suggested unique kinase ontology namePreferred Name - use this column to change the plotting/printing of specific kinase families as desiredUniprotID - the Uniprot identifier of the kinaseType - either serine/threonine (Pkinase), tyrosine (Pkinase_tyr) or dual specificity (Pkinase/Pkinase_tyr)description - name of kinaseGPS_kinase_name - name used in GPSNetworKIN_kinase_name - name used in NetworKINPhosphoPICK_kinase_name - name used in PhosphoPICK
