The development of leaf1 in SPL9-overexpression plants (pSPL9::SPL9r:Venus) was tracked using live imaging (D, days after initiation) .
TdTomato signals from the plasma membrane were captured by a Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, and images were channel-split and converted into .tif format stacks using FIJI. For further information, please refer to the related publication.
