Residents of mobile home parks own the structure but do not typically own the land underneath it. This map shows the locations of mobile home owners who also own their land. These structures coincide with mobile home parks and are mostly located in District 8. This map is to be included in a Story Map presentation to Michael Mendoza. Mobile home data was pulled from the RES table of the 2019 DCAD dataset and joined to a DCAD point file. This data represents a point-in-time as of July 11, 2019 and is not meant to show information any time after.
