ddRAD-seq of Ardisia crenata individuals from Florida and Japan

The sequences used in this study were employed to estimate the phylogeny of Ardisia crenata in Japan (its native range) and Florida (an exotic range). A total of 196 individuals were sequenced, comprising 78 individuals from invasive populations in Florida, 117 individuals from wild populations in Japan, and one individual obtained from a horticultural shop.
