Averaged values of θj for men (or θj + δ + ωj for women) for all age groups in minutes.

The values have been shifted so that θ28 = 0 for men. This table is useful to directly compare the finishing time of two runners of any age and gender. We only have to calculate the difference of their respective cells in the table and we will get the time penalty that should be considered (in minutes).
