· Animal Strain: GATA6Venus Reporter Mice
· Number: 12 mice
· Groups: 3 infarction, 3 sham sacrificed at day 7. 3 infarction sacrificed at day 3, 3 infarction sacrificed at day 14
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 3, 7 and 14 post-infarction or sham surgery. Hearts were harvested and prepared for immunofluorescent microscopy. Heart sections were stained with DAPI
