Zooplankton samples were collected during a year-long occupation of the Arctic ice sheet in 2019-2020 as a part of the MOSAiC Expedition. Guts of copepods and amphipods were removed from ethanol fixed samples and amplified with V7 18S rRNA primers to determine the diets of the animals throughout the year.
