Tennis elbow is a painful condition that affects the tendinous tissue of the origin of the wrist extensor muscle at the lateral epicondyle of the humerus, resulting in loss of function of the affected arm. Tennis elbow is a typical elbow condition that may be caused by repetitive movement of the elbow. This condition interferes with daily activities like shaking hands, gripping , lifting, handwriting, hold something. Tennis elbow typically affects adults between the age of 35 to 60 years. An online cross-sectional survey among 204 field cultivators age between 35 to 50 year was done across the country. Total of 204 individuals participated in the study. Out of total 77.45% are male and 22.55% female. Out of total 47.55% people having pain in elbow. Out of total 46.08% people feel pain after working 5 hours in field. he study concluded that the prevalence rate of elbow pain in field cultivators increases due to the long working hours and rest is not given to the elbow joint during the working hours.
