Comparative Institutional Reference Database for Long-Term Renewal Institutions (Version 1.0)

This dataset accompanies the preprint "A Comparative Descriptive Method for Long-Term Renewal Institutions: Evidence from Condominium Management Systems." The database provides the structured evidence base used in the comparative analysis of institutional arrangements across Japan, Germany, France, New South Wales (Australia), and Florida (United States).
