Data for: Intestinal transit time phenotype is not transferred through gut microbiota transplantation

Scripts used for data analysis in the manuscript "Intestinal transit time phenotype is not transferred through gut microbiota transplantation". The data analysis was performed in R (v. 4.3.1). All files in the input folder must be downloaded to perform the analysis.
The aim of this study was to explore the causality between intestinal transit time and the gut microbiota, and test whether transit time phenotype was transferable via FMT from humans with natural long/slow transit time or CMT from mice with drug-increased transit time.
