This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Helium isotopes in geothermal fluids reveal off-rift mantle plume degassing and localized seismicity-induced processes in North Iceland". It contains analytical data on hydrogen, helium, carbon, oxygen, and sulfur isotopes of geothermal fluids from North Iceland (Table 1).
