Single cell transcriptomics of fate-restricted HSCs [scRNAseq HSC]

HSC subtypes with distintic lineage restriction have been previously reported. Here we examine the single cell transcriptomics of HSC subtypes with P-restricted, PEM-restricted or multilineage in vivo output. Overall design: Single cell transplantation of Vwf+ HSCs from mouse bone marrow was performed to generated primary recipients showing lineage-restricted reconstitution over 16 weeks: P-restricted, PEM-restricted and multilineage. Donor-derived HSCs were isolated from recipients' bone marrow for single cell RNA-seq, 2 donors for each cell type
