Administrative Penalty Case Data of E-commerce Transactions

This dataset focuses on administrative penalty cases in e-commerce transactions, systematically collecting relevant law enforcement records to provide basic data support for research on e-commerce supervision and compliance. It includes 10 core fields: illegal sales amount (unit: RMB yuan), types of sold items, transaction-related geographical information (city and district), descriptions of specific illegal acts, discovery channels of market supervision and administration departments, online sales platforms\/channels, start date of illegal acts, date of illegal discovery or commodity delisting\/cessation of sales, and the time interval between the above two types of dates (date difference). By integrating multi-dimensional practical law enforcement data, the dataset comprehensively reflects the characteristics, distribution, and regulatory disposal of illegal operations in the e-commerce field, and can support academic research and application exploration such as the optimization of e-commerce supervision mechanisms and the analysis of influencing factors of illegal acts.
