Corynespora cassiicola whole genome sequences from Tennessee

This project was to identify resistant mutations related to fungicide resistance in Corynespora cassiicola. C. cassiicola is the causal pathogen of target spot in soybean and cotton. This project will allow the search of whole genome sequences for C. cassiicola from soybean and cotton when trying to identify future resistant genes.
