Identification of histone acetylation targets of Kat2a activity in murine models of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) driven by the MLL-AF9 oncogenic fusion Single-cell RNA-seq analysis of 2 mouse bone marrow (BM) samples obtained from pooled terminal primary MLL-AF9 AMLs established from Kat2a WT or Kat2a KO cells. AML cells were sorted as live MLL-AF9-expressing cells by Hoechst 22358 exclusion and YFP reporter expression, respectively, and libraries were prepared upon single-cell droplet-based barcoding using 10X Genomics technology.
