Associating Renal Transplantation With the ITN Signature of Tolerance (ARTIST) (ITN524ST/CTOT-12)

The ARTIST study is a multicenter observational analysis of adult kidney transplant recipients, designed to determine the prevalence and stability of a blood-based gene and B cell signature linked to transplant tolerance. By enrolling patients under various immunosuppressive regimens and collecting longitudinal blood and PBMC samples, the study employs targeted RT-qPCR and flow cytometry to quantify molecular and cellular markers. Statistical modeling is used to assess the utility of these biomarkers for identifying tolerant individuals and informing personalized immunosuppression strategies.
