Exploring the genetic changes caused by vaccine treatment on MC38 tumor tissue

Investigating the tumor immune microenvironment and tumor cell proliferation in the vaccine group, which could reflefct the effect of vaccine. Briefly, healthy C57BL6N mice were subcutaneously immunized on days -22, -15, -8, and -1 with Lipo-adjuvant, or iPM nanovax. Mice were subcutaneously inoculated with 5 × 104 MC38 cells on day 0. Twenty-eight days later, the animals were sacrificed, and RNA-seq were assessed in vitro.
