CD45+ Epcam- poluation scRNAseq analysis in control and Goblet-Y/T-Scgb1a1CreERT mouse lung tissues.

The gole of this experiment is to get an in depth understanding of the immune population responses in mouse lungs presented with goblet cell metaplasia in the airway upon Yap/Taz deletion in Scgb1a1+ cells. Overall design: Three Scgb1a1CreERT+ and three Scgb1a1CreERT- animals received daily tamoxifen injection for five consecutive days by intraperineal injection. 7 days after the last dosage of tamoxife, mouse lungs were harvested, prepared into single cell suspension. Cells were stained with fluorescent-conjugated CD45 and Epcam antibodies. Consequently, CD45+/Epcam- cells were collected for scRNA-seq.
