CCZ polymetallic nodule infauna (nematoda)

Metabarcoding crevice fauna (Nematoda) from polymetallic nodules of the Clarion-Clipperton Fracture Zone. First genetic material from nodule crevice fauna. Goal is to look at community composition at the molecular level, between nodules and surrounding sediments to understand whether nodules are unique communities.
