Pseudouridine (?) is the most abundant RNA modification, yet studies of ? has been hindered by the lack of robust methods to profile ? and comprehensive ? maps. In this study, we utilize BID-seq, a newly developed ? sequencing method, to generate transcriptome-wide ? maps at single-base resolution across various plant species and tissues Overall design: "Input" and "Treated" samples in BID-seq to detect pseudouridine in polyA+ RNA.
