Trajectory data of T7 RNA polymerases transcribing on DNA

Synopsis Fluorescence tracking data of transcribing T7 RNA polymerases on DNA curtains on a DNA substrate containing two promoters. The datasets contain fitted models of segmented transcribing and paused states (see reference publication for more information).
