Supplementary dataset 3 of the associated manuscript. Contains the raw results of Orthofinder when run on a selection of <i>Wolbachia </i>genomes from supergroup B, which were used to generate Figure 2B of the manuscript. This included 19 <i>Wolbachia </i>genomes from supergroup B, previously published by Scholz <i>et al</i>. Full details can be found within the associated manuscript.<br>
