Monthly ADR of hotel establishments in the Community of Madrid 2021-2022

The average daily rate (ADR) of hotels and hostels in the Community of Madrid, Spain in 2022 was overall higher than in the previous year. In both cases though, October was the month with the highest ADR in that Spanish autonomous community.The ADR is a key performance indicator in the hotel industry which measures the average daily revenue generated per occupied room.
