Table S1. Clinical and demographic baseline characteristics of controls and patients with CKD. Results are expressed as the means ± SD, *P< 0.05, **P< 0.01. Table S2. Except GCLM, all 44 hub genes in early CKD pathway-wise co-expression networks lost their hub status in late CKD. These genes were identified as differentially coexpressed genes by DCGL as well.
