Modeling climate adaptive habitat connectivity for conservation planning in Colombia

This dataset contains the input data and analytical outputs associated with the manuscript, “Modeling Climate-Adaptive Habitat Connectivity for Conservation Planning in Colombia.” It includes species-modeling files derived from BioModelos, environmental-suitability layers reconstructed for future climate periods and scenarios, climate-adaptive habitat-connectivity layers, classified connectivity outputs, and results from sensitivity and methodological comparison analyses. The deposited files are organized into independent ZIP archives. A detailed description of the archive contents, file structure, naming conventions, spatial reference information, and analytical workflow is provided in README.md. The code used to generate the reconstructed suitability and connectivity outputs is archived separately on Zenodo and is also maintained at the ClimConn GitHub repository.
