Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain:Pa-R Transcriptome or Gene expression

Isothiazolones are a type of widely used biocides in practice but the resistant mechanisms of bacteria to these biocides are still unclear. A better understanding of the above mechanisms will facilitate its effective utilization. In this study, transcriptomic profiling of a Kathon-resistant strain of P. aeruginosa (named as Pa-R) was sequenced in parallel with its original wild type strain (WT) by RNA-Seq technique using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform.
