Reduced-representation genotyping-by-sequencing of low-elevation red foxes in California

This project generated reduced-representation (GBS) sequencing of red fox samples from low-elevation regions of California. More specifically it included sequences of putative Sacramento Valley red fox (Vulpes Vulpes patin) samples, which are an endemic subspecies. Additionally, the dataset included sequences derived from non-native red foxes collected throughout the San Joaquin Valley and the coastal lowlands.
