We performed whole transcriptome expression profiling in Hs578T cells after treatment with THZ531, nilotinib, lapatinib or a combination thereof to study the effect of these combination treatments on the transcriptome. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Hs578T treated with DMSO (control), THZ531 (0.1 uM and 1 uM), nilotinib (1 uM), lapatinib (3.16 uM) or a combination thereof.
