Supporting data for 'Profiles of bacterial communities and environmental factors associated with proliferation of malaria vector mosquitoes within the Kenyan Coast'. <br> Raw sequences obtained from Pacibo sequencing: The raw sequence were obtained from PacBio sequencing of 7 environmental samples and a positive control F8, F1, F2, F4, F5 and F7 were samples collected from sites which had mosquito larvae and were later named as P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5 respectively, while F3 and F6 were collected from sites which had no mosquito larvae and were renamed as N1 and N2 respectively. The positive control was not included in the downstream analysis. <br> PNG-Figures: The PNG-Figures are supplementary that were obtained after analysis of the raw data. <br> New_classification.zip and Positive control hits.xlsx: Sequencing of the full 16S rRNA generated 203,934 reads from 7 environmental water samples, either with mosquito larvae or without with an average of 29,133 reads per sample. The data depicts the abundance of bacterial phyla, Classes, orders, Families and genera in the 7 study samples. The negative group (Sites without mosquito larvae), represented by samples N1 and N2, and the positive group (sites with mosquito), represented by samples P1 to P5.
