dlmoR: an open-source R package for the dim-light melatonin onset (DLMO) hockey-stick method - Large analysis output files

This archive contains large simulation outputs generated for the manuscript Thalji et al. (2026), dlmoR: an open-source R package for the dim-light melatonin onset (DLMO) hockey-stick method. The files include full outputs from noise perturbation, threshold and temporal resampling sensitivity analyses of the DLMO hockey-stick algorithm, run on melatonin time-series data from previously published studies (Blume et al., 2024; Heinrichs & Spitschan, 2025). Due to their size, these simulation outputs are archived separately from the main GitHub repository. Summary tables and publication figures derived from these outputs are included in the accompanying analysis repository.
