To identify WT and RNA-binding-domain-mutated (RBDmut) ERα binding sites on DNA, we performed ChIP-seq of FLAG-tagged ERα. Overall design: The endogenous ERα in MCF7 cells were replaced with equal amount of WT and RBDmut FLAG-tagged ERα, and cells were subjected to the ChIP-seq procedure.
