Magnetotelluric Sounding Dataset from the Xinghai Basin, Upper Reaches of the Yellow River

This is the raw data of two magnetotelluric profiles (w1, w2) measured in the Xinghai Basin to search for underground geothermal resources. The profile is cross shaped with Xinghai County as the center, with a length of 52km and a point distance of 300-500m. There are a total of 106 magnetotelluric sounding points. The Aether full band magnetotelluric system produced by CG Corporation in the United States was used for field data collection, and the LEMI-120 probe with high sensitivity and good signal-to-noise ratio was used for magnetic field measurement, with a response frequency band of 0.0001-1000 Hz; The measuring electrode is a non polarized electrode, with an electrode distance of 50m and an observation time of 10-12 hours.
