ACS 2019 & 2021 MBS-M fungal spore aerosol training data

Multiparameter Bioaerosol Spectrometer fungal spore training data collected at the Dstl Aerosol Challenge Simulator 2019 experiments and used in the real-time bioaerosol classifier described in Crawford et al., 2020 (https://doi.org/10.3390/atmos11101039). Followup samples from the ACS 2021 experiments are also provided. Collected species: Alternaria alternaria Cladosporium herbarum Brewers Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, ACS21 only) Crawford et al., 2020 describes the aerosolization and sampling procedure, MBS operating principle, and data processing pipelines used to construct and apply the classifier.
