Study on the mechanism of fiber development and cell wall synthesis of Schima superba

Three individual plants in the same family of Schima superba were studied. The fiber morphology (length, width and secondary wall thickness) of the three individual plants were significantly different. Through transcriptome sequencing, we hope to screen the key genes regulating the development of wood fiber morphology.
