Frozen Experimental Artifacts for Systems Evaluation of Parallel Dual-Signature Offline Sealing for One-Shot Incident-Response Evidence Packages

Frozen measurement trees for VEP-v1, a versioned one-shot incident-response evidence package sealed with parallel Ed25519 and ML-DSA-65 signatures and verified offline under a HYBRID_AND policy. The deposit includes (i) the paper campaign for experiments E1–E7, with laboratory MinIO E5 (lab_host_not_aws_ec2, n=10) kept separate from AWS EC2 E5 feasibility (aws_ec2, n=3, run 20260812T120558Z-d8cc5ac6); (ii) the X1–X9 laboratory attack tree; and (iii) the X10–X14 laboratory boundary probes. Paper numbers come only from paper_campaign/. The entropy sample packaged in E5 is a labeled synthetic volatile-entropy object, not physical RAM imaging. Integrity claims are since seal only.
