Normal Breast Tissues Harbor Rare Populations of Aneuploid Epithelial Cells

In this dataset, we applied high-throughput single cell DNA sequencing(scDNA-seq) to profile copy number alterations in 55,321 epithelial cells isolated from breast tissues of 31 disease-free women. In addition, we also performed Spatial Transcriptomics (Visium 10X Genomics) profiling on 3 women with aneuploid cells detected in scDNA-seq to resolve the spatial organization of the aneuploid epithelial cells in their native breast tissue context.
