The T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells and normal T cells were collected from the patients in CHCQMU. Then the RNA-seq were conducted to compare the transcriptomic different between those two types of cells. Overall design: mRNA profiles of T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells (T-ALL) and normal T cells were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq X Ten.
