Optogenetic Modulation of RVLM to Reduce Arrhythmias in Myocardial Infarction Rats with Sleep-Disordered Breathing

This dataset contains the raw and processed physiological data supporting Figures 4–6 of the study. The data include heart rate variability (HRV) parameters, autonomic indices, and sleep-stage characteristics obtained from myocardial infarction (MI) rats with optogenetic modulation of the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVLM). Data were recorded and analyzed across different sleep states, including awake (AW), quiet sleep (QS), and paradoxical sleep (PS).
