Rice transposable-element dynamics: supplementary tables and source data

This dataset contains processed data supporting comparative analyses of LTR retrotransposon structural dynamics and population differentiation in rice. The archive includes EDTA transposable-element annotations for 12 rice accessions, intact LTR-RT and TSD-supported solo-LTR annotations, and summary datasets used for family-level genomic occupancy, solo-to-intact ratios, insertion-time landscapes and structural-dynamics classification. It also provides an MSU-anchored TE presence/absence variation (TE-PAV) matrix and locus-level TE differentiation statistics supporting the analyses presented in Figure 6, Figure 7 and Supplementary Figure S7. Files are provided in GFF3, TSV and CSV formats. README.md describes the package structure, and SOURCE_DATA_INDEX.tsv maps each file to the relevant manuscript figures. This dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility and reuse of the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
