Transmission Patterns of Multiple NDM Variants Producing Strains in Animal and Environment Settings from Live Poultry Market

The epidemical distribution and widespread transmission of <em>bla</em>NDM in livestock and live poultry industry has attracted considerable public attention. However, so far studies have not addressed its impact on public health in the LPMs, one of the most significant sale channels in live poultry trading. Herein, we report the prevalence and molecular epidemiology of <em>bla</em>NDM-positive bacteria from various niches, and further investigate the potential transmission patterns of <em>bla</em>NDM in the LPMs.
